Kung generally healthy naman ang current diet mo, then wala. If puro junk food at instant noodles ang staple mo, then you might wanna consider shifting to “normal” food. The course doesn’t require you to buy expensive or any special food items.

Maniwala ka sa hindi, I lost 25lbs in 9.5 months without getting a gym membership. There’s a lesson on meaningful movement in the middle of the course to encourage you to get moving. The human body is designed to be non-sedentary after all.

Meron. You will need a functioning weighing scale at home. Hindi kelangan na smart scale. Basta nagsasabi lang ng totoo, goods na yun. hahaha.
